Therapy is an investment in yourself.

I reserve a limited number of slots in my schedule for those with limited income. If financial concerns are an obstacle for you accessing therapy, contact me to discuss a sliding scale and availability. Money should not be a deterrent to you investing in yourself. If I’m able, I want to help you.

Sliding Scale Sessions

I understand therapy is expensive, but it is one of the wisest investments you can make in yourself that has transformative and lifelong benefits. Below is information on rates, insurance, and reduced cost opportunities.

Hourly Rates

  • One-hour individual session: $150

  • One-hour family/relationship session: $150

  • One-hour EMDR session: $150

  • Extended 90-minute EMDR session: $225

Insurance

Beginning in spring of 2025, I will accept insurance from four major companies. More information will be provided soon.

If you have insurance I don’t take, I am happy to provide documentation (superbill) for potential out-of-network benefits coverage. I cannot guarantee OON will be fully or partially covered.

Insurance provides a more affordable option for mental health care which is why I elected to accept it. Some with insurance still prefer to use self-pay and here are the reasons why:

  • You won’t have a diagnosis permanently attached to your personal health record.

  • Your records are protected, meaning all personal information about you cannot be obtained by your insurance provider in the case of a claim dispute.

  • Your care is not dictated by your insurance and what they’re willing to cover, but by the collaboration between your needs and preferences and my professional training and expertise.
